‘Colour in the Everyday’

‘Colour in the Everyday’

My title ‘Everyday Colour’ takes inspiration from organic forms from within the home, touching on colour and composition generated from still life set ups. The playful approach to my application of colour within my work embodies the interactive nature of the spaces I was inspired by. My home in lockdown. My overarching aim when designing this collection and working under the title of ‘Everyday Colour’ was to create well considered intriguing design work that would be fit for use within the interior and evokes happiness, calm and a sense of escapism.
