The experience of not having water in the student dormitory for an entire week made me realize the true significance of water resources to humans and their dependence on them. This project will study and develop the relationship between humans and water and the problem of water scarcity, focusing on global water pollution as well as environmental pollution caused by heavy metals and industry.

The primary research and secondary design of the project develops the main silhouette and structure of the project through the process of how water is produced and its movement, incorporating elements from old diving suits and workwear.

Fabrics were chosen from sandy beaches and water patterns that have been contaminated by heavy metals and left traces of that contamination as the main elements to develop the final fabrics, and accessories and hardware that incorporate heavy metal elements.
