For my complementary portfolio project I have worked from the same architectural research to translate graphic shapes but focused on a much more intense and bold colour palette from research from Scottish fishing villages. I have utilised weft backed, twill and rib structures and colour blocking in the weft to achieve clean geometric shapes and striking colour contrasts.
