Life of Architecture: The effects of architecture on individuals and communities in Glasgow
My dissertation looks into the effects that architecture within Glasgow has on individuals as well as communities. I conduct reviews of relevant media research and delve into the history of my city as a way of finding the links between architecture and social issues that affect people within Glasgow. This then forms into my work as a statement piece on architecture and what it holds for many. I made a film for this piece of work but wish to continue this project and expand it into a film on non-places within Glasgow and showcasing them in a full length film.
