I construct an inadvertently readable diary by digging my nails into my skin and leaving crescent-shaped indentations on my skin that mimic words or sentences. MOON is a project consisting of a book and posters. With this project, I wanted to look at how markers may be used instead of words to make concrete poetry. These imperfections in the skin can be as well-organized or disorganized as scarring. On the surface, the skin marks offer a sense of sickness, while behind them, they express a psychological state.
