Green Chinese Teahouse

The concept for Green teahouse is to create an immersive space where the rich history and profound beauty of Chinese tea culture come to life. Rooted in tradition yet infused with modern sensibilities, aims to serve as a gateway to the enchanting world of Chinese tea, inviting guests to embark on a journey of discovery and appreciation.

Through curation and storytelling, teahouse aim to educate and inspire, sharing the fascinating history and cultural significance of Chinese tea with our guests. Interactive exhibits, informative displays, and guided tours will offer insights into the evolution of tea-drinking method and its profound impact on Chinese society and culture.

In essence, Green teahouse is more than just a place to enjoy a cup of tea — it is a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul; a living tribute to the timeless beauty and enduring legacy of Chinese tea culture. I hope to ignite a newfound appreciation for Chinese tea and inspire a lifelong passion for its artistry.

Public Cafe (Ground Floor)

On the ground floor, there is a bar where guests can see the process of making drinks and communicate with the tea master.

Public Cafe (First floor)

The Cafe serves tea drinks and tea Dim sum. The interior is decorated with many traditional decorations, such as Chinese classical paintings, tea sets, potted plants, etc. The furniture is also made of wood, allowing people to feel a different Chinese style in the space.

Tearoom A

This tea room can accommodate up to eight people and the environment is very quiet, making it perfect for gatherings that require a private environment.

Tearoom B - Tatami

The tatami tea room can accommodate up to five people, and tatami requires guests to take off their shoes and sit cross legged on the cushion, which is a more interesting Eastern way. And There is a small landscape outside the tea room, and looking through the window will make guests feel a more peaceful atmosphere.

Tearoom C - Observation tea room

The landscape tea room is a relatively open space, divided by screens. The bamboo in the landscape area blocks the landscape tea room and the tatami tea room. On the other side, you can see the scenery by the river.

Exhibition

The exhibition introduces three different ways of drinking tea to people, namely boiling tea, whipped tea, and brewing tea. And exhibit related ancient paintings, tea sets, and so on. Also providing tea tasting and tea ceremony experience.

Exhibition

The exhibition is in a circular shape, with a Chinese style indoor courtyard in the middle, surrounded by glass. People will first see the courtyard before entering the exhibition. This will make people start browsing exhibitions with a calm mood. The landscape will not only appear in the courtyard, but also scattered in various corners of the exhibition, creating a unique Chinese atmosphere.

Workshop

In the workshop, you can experience different ways of drinking tea. Each of the three tables is equipped with a tea master who teaches people three different ways of making tea. The tea master teaches people the steps of making tea step by step, and people can choose their preferred way to learn.

Tasting area

The tasting area is an upward extension of the exhibition area, with a courtyard in the middle where people can overlook the scenery of the courtyard. And in the tasting area, you can taste many different types of tea.
