The inspiration for this project stems from the anxiety-inducing experience I had after purchasing a bathroom scale. Prior to buying it, I didn’t have significant anxiety about my weight. However, once the scale became a common household item for me, I developed the habit of weighing myself every day. As time went by, I gradually became aware that I started to fear the rising numbers on the scale. The moment I saw the digits go up, a sense of unease would wash over me.
