Emptiness is a recurring theme in my photographs. Something about capturing mundane, common public spaces in a state that is void of people piques my interest. Redacting life from these locations allows us to focus more on the details of areas that we often pass by without paying attention. Looking at my photographs, the viewer sits with these desolate areas waiting, anticipating.
