Through this collection I have been drawing inspiration from the exposed and angular aesthetics of brutalist facades, using parametric design features to construct intricate structural fabrics that knot and intertwine with each other, whilst sensually wrapping and interacting with the human form. I have blended vibrant hues sourced from archival gabber rave posters with duller yarns to evoke intensity with subtlety. I have produced a number of one-off pieces that could be used within a fashion context. All yarns used have been sourced responsibly using deadstock Lambswool, Cashmere, Cotton and sewing threads.
