Grace Ren Portrait

Grace Ren

(She/Her)

Throughout Grace’s time (so far) here on Earth, she has called many places home. She can’t help but feel that she’s not only lived in many places, but has lived many lives as well. One thing that has always remained as a constant is her attempt at understanding the intricacies of human behavior and psyche. Although if she was to overthink it (which she will), this is probably an impossible task. In which case she is happy to take the role of the observer.

By communicating her ideas through an “intimate sphere”, her work takes inspiration from everyday life to tell stories about connection and belonging. She aims to bring new meaning to the familiar, as well as challenge the confines of what constitutes fine art. To Grace, there is no distinct line between art and life.
