Their recent body of work reimagines the Scold’s Bridle, a historical instrument of punishment and silencing, using paper as a central material. This choice reflects a core tension in the work: the fragility of the medium against the weight of the subject matter. The resulting sculptures provoke discomfort, ambiguity, and space for reflection.
