O-MODU
Where furniture becomes a bridge for shared curiosity.
O-MODU is a modular seating system redefining the
boundaries of human-feline cohabitation. Research indicates that 75% of UK
cat owners struggle with furniture damage and spatial constraints. Moving
away from “add-on” gadgets, O-MODU utilizes an architectural language to
merge living dimensions. The core lies in “spatial overlapping”: while the
exterior serves as ergonomic seating, the interior “void” forms a continuous
tunnel for feline exploration. By aligning modular apertures, users can
customize paths to fit their homes. Top-facing interaction holes leverage the
cat’s natural “pawing” instinct, enabling spontaneous, low-pressure play.
O-MODU seamlessly stitches biological instinct with domestic aesthetics,
offering a symbiotic solution for compact urban living.
