2D Behind the Process
The 2D design process acts as the starting point for each brooch, providing a space to explore movement, composition, and form before they become physical objects. Working intuitively through digital drawing and CAD modelling, lines are manipulated, layered, and repeated to capture a sense of flow and spontaneity. Rather than functioning as fixed plans, these drawings serve as records of experimentation, allowing forms to evolve organically throughout the design process. The transition from 2D image to 3D printed object preserves the energy of the original marks while translating them into wearable structures.
