Encore House is located at 124 St Vincent Street, right in the heart of Glasgow. This central location is within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular theatres, making it ideal for a theatre-inspired boutique hotel. Guests can easily access cultural attractions, restaurants, bars, and transport links, enhancing their overall experience and creating an immersive stay within Glasgow’s vibrant arts and entertainment district.

The building itself, dating from the 1800s, exudes a strong Victorian character that aligns well with the context of this project. This provided an opportunity for a transformation that balances the preservation of its existing heritage with a new contemporary identity. The site comprises nine storeys with generous floor plates, which have been utilised to accommodate a variety of room types, experiential elements, and social spaces throughout the hotel.
