Located on the top floor is the Royal Suite, inspired by the Theatre Royal in Glasgow. This space functions as both the Artist in Residence Suite for performers at The Hidden Stage Speakeasy or nearby theatres and the Presidential Suite when not occupied by resident artists.

The suite benefits from its own private lift entrance, as well as direct access to the internal balcony from within the room. It features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area designed for both comfortable living and hosting. The dining space also functions as a versatile meeting area, adding further flexibility to the suite.

The suite accommodates up to four guests, featuring two double king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It also includes a secondary lounge for relaxation and TV viewing, alongside a dedicated office space to support working guests.
